Using select blends of spices and herbs, Kim expertly infuses our spices with the finest dark and milk chocolate to create masterpieces of indulgent culinary inspirations handcrafted for your enjoyment. Imagine chocolates filled with ganache infusions such as aromatic cardamom, lavender or green tea and ginger! For our in-house customers, we are also experimenting with 'Spice Creams' - our take on the sweet creamy desert.
